Cancellation & Returns Policy
At Dark Lotus, we take pride in delivering premium fabrics and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below are our policies for cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not been dispatched.
- Cancellations apply to all items, including those on sale.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable since no payment is made upfront.

Address Changes:
- Shipping addresses can be modified before the order is processed (packed). Contact our support team at +91-8082028398 for assistance.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Our fabrics are tailored for quality and satisfaction. However, exchanges or returns are limited to certain circumstances:
- The product is damaged during shipping.
- A manufacturing defect is identified.
- The wrong item was delivered.
Important Notes:
- Fabrics cut to your specific measurements or heavily discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and undamaged.
How to Process a Return:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at
support@darklotus.in
- Retain the original packaging and provide an unboxing video to validate claims of incorrect or defective products.
- We will guide you through the return process, including shipping or pickup arrangements if applicable.
Refunds

Online Payments:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after return approval.

COD Orders:
- Refunds for COD purchases will be issued as store credits. Cash refunds are not available.
No Refunds for:
- Variations in design, pattern, or color due to differences in display or production processes.
- Fabrics under 2 meters in length or items priced below ₹300.
- Products returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition.
Reverse Pickup Service
- If eligible, reverse pickups will be arranged within 3–4 business days. Ensure items are packed securely in their original condition to avoid damage during transit.
- If reverse pickup isn’t available in your location, customers may need to arrange returns via courier at their own cost.
Note:
- Reverse pickup services are not available for international customers.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only after receiving and verifying the returned items.
Product Availability
If an item is unavailable after your order, we’ll inform you promptly. You may choose an alternative product, or we’ll issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Color & Description Disclaimer
While we strive for accurate product representation, slight variations in color, weight, or size may occur due to production processes or screen settings.
